Our team conducted extensive research, including interviews with both users and healthcare professionals, to better understand their specific needs and refine Dr. Bei’s product proposition and brand themes. By integrating XIAOMI’s AI technology, we created an intelligent oral care experience while maintaining a friendly and approachable design.
